02 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Financiable website at financiable.io ("the Website") or submitting an enquiry through our service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy.
If you are using our service on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include that business.

03 Our Service
Financiable operates as a free financial advisor introduction service. We connect consumers in the United Kingdom with independent financial advisors who are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
Our service includes:
- Accepting and processing consumer enquiries submitted via our website or by telephone;
- Matching enquiries with one or more suitable FCA-regulated financial advisors on our panel based on the consumer's location and stated financial needs;
- Passing consumer contact details to the matched advisor(s) so that they may make contact to arrange a free initial consultation;
- Providing general information about financial services and products for educational purposes only.
Financiable does not provide financial advice, make investment recommendations, arrange financial products, or act as an intermediary in any financial transaction. Our service is limited to the introduction of consumers to regulated advisors.
04 Eligibility
To use the Financiable service, you must:
- Be aged 18 years or over;
- Be a resident of the United Kingdom;
- Have a genuine requirement for financial advice or related services;
- Provide accurate and truthful information when submitting an enquiry;
- Not be using the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or improper purpose.
We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
05 Our Role & Limitations
Financiable acts solely as an introducer. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or relationship between you and the financial advisor to whom you are introduced. All advice, recommendations, and services provided by the advisor are the sole responsibility of that advisor and their firm.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all advisors on our panel are FCA-authorised at the time of introduction. However, we cannot guarantee that any particular advisor will be available, will contact you within any specific timeframe, or will be suitable for your individual needs and circumstances.
The information published on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. You should always seek independent professional advice tailored to your specific circumstances before making any financial decision.
The value of investments can go down as well as up. You may get back less than you invest. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
06 Your Obligations
When using the Financiable service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information in your enquiry, including your name, contact details and postcode;
- Not submit duplicate, speculative or fraudulent enquiries;
- Not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
- Not use the service for any commercial, marketing or unsolicited communication purpose;
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or our systems;
- Not engage in any conduct that is harmful, offensive, abusive, discriminatory or unlawful;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of the service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our service if we believe you have breached these obligations.
07 Fees & Charges
The Financiable introduction service is provided to consumers completely free of charge. You will never be asked to pay any fee, subscription, or charge to use our website or to receive an introduction to a financial advisor.
Financiable is remunerated by the financial advisors and firms on our panel, who pay an introduction fee when we refer a consumer to them. This commercial arrangement does not affect the independence of the advice you receive from the advisor — the advisor's obligations under FCA regulation remain unchanged.
Any fees charged by the financial advisor for their own services are entirely separate from and unrelated to the Financiable introduction service. You should agree any advisor fees directly with the advisor before proceeding. Advisors are required by FCA rules to disclose their charges to you clearly and in advance.
08 Advisor Conduct
All advisors on our panel are required to be authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. By accepting an introduction from Financiable, advisors agree to:
- Contact introduced consumers in a prompt, professional and courteous manner;
- Act at all times in accordance with their FCA authorisation and applicable FCA rules and guidance;
- Not engage in any misleading, high-pressure or otherwise improper sales conduct;
- Clearly disclose their identity, qualifications, regulatory status and fee structure to consumers;
- Maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance.
If you have concerns about the conduct of an advisor to whom you have been introduced, please contact us on 0800 599 9692 and/or raise a complaint directly with the advisor's firm. You may also report concerns to the FCA at fca.org.uk.
